Yes. We’re based in Berlin, but we’re happy to travel for events across Europe and beyond. Between us, we speak German, English, and Danish, so communication is never a problem.

When you book Captured, you get us: Andy and Martin. We personally cover your event, ensuring consistency and quality. For larger projects, we can bring in trusted collaborators if needed.

Can we request specific shots or styles?

Absolutely. We encourage you to share your ideas, must-have shots, or style preferences before the event. Our goal is to capture your story the way you envision it.

Do you offer both photography and videography in one package?

Yes, and it’s our most popular choice. With both of us covering your event, you get seamless storytelling across photos and video. It’s the best way to ensure nothing is missed.

What types of events do you cover?

We specialize in corporate events, conferences, summits, trade shows, networking gatherings, concerts, orchestras, workshops, and seminars. If your event brings people together, we’ll capture it.

How do we book you?

How long until we receive the photos and videos?

Delivery times vary depending on the size of the event and the type of package you choose. A 2-3 minute recap video can usually be finished within 1 working week. This includes one complimentary feedback round with your inputs. For up to 200 photos, we aim to deliver within 72 hours. If you need a fast turnaround, we also offer rush delivery options on request.
